While the staff were friendly and attentive, I did face minor issues with room cleanliness that deserve attention. It's crucial for a property of this nature to maintain high standards in housekeeping. Having modern amenities such as air conditioning and flat-screen TVs makes a difference, but I found a few essentials lacking, including a hairdryer. The location is simply breathtaking, placing you within a short drive to attractions such as Tanjung Leman Beach and the fascinating Kota Gelanggi Cave. For families, the pool area was a hit, and it was refreshing to see kids so engaged. While Felda Residence Tekam presents a beautiful setting with potential for memorable experiences, improvements in cleanliness and amenities could elevate it to the outstanding eco-friendly destination I pride myself on supporting. This stay was a reminder that mindful travel goes hand-in-hand with responsible hospitality.
